We booked this because we didn't want to spend a night in Bangkok and it was relatively close. Cha-Am is a wonderful little city with friendly people. The room was spacious and clean and the food was really good. It was. Great start to our Thailand trip.

This hotel is only chosen when the other hotels are full, or when you need to host 2000 people as a group. the rooms are merely ok, the breakfast is below par, and the location is only par. For the price you pay, you can get much nicer hotels in same area.

The hotel is a charmless high-rise building and needs renovation in all public areas as well as in the rooms. We have been there twice.Our family were very happy.Hotel is close to the beach and there are many resaurants along the street.Hotel is quite old but keep cleaned.Staff are friendly and helpful.We will come back again.
