just spent one hour at the gems hotel cha am , dont know who took the photographs of this hotel but i can only say that they are brilliant photographers, they made a complete dump look wonderfull, why do people do this to clean living human beings, the reception area smelt of cat urine , the bedrooms were filthy , the carpets and bed linen were heavily stained and the curtains were extremely smelly and badly stained , the ceiling in the room was black with mould and the mattress was heavily blood stained, when we complained we were treated very badly , we were told that the cleaners must have missed the problems and they would send them to re clean the room , how they were going to remove the blood , the stains on the carpet , and the mould of the whole of the ceiling is beyond me, , we were informed that they had no other rooms that were any different and we would have to put up with it , we phoned our rep, she pretended she no longer understood english and that her office was not... more
