Overall, the price is too high considering the number of Cons! Pros: - Clean - Friendly staff - Nice garden area in back - Good location - Good bed service/sheets - 2 bottles of free water per day Cons: - Very weak water pressure in shower - Toilet flushed poorly - Food below average - Charge for wi-fi in room... I spent 3 nights at Manita and was happy with my choice. The hotel is an easy walk from Walking Street and Sai 2, which means it's nice and quiet at night. That said, there was some traffic noise in the morning (though it didn't wake me before about 9am) and my room was not on the overpass side. My... More

Client booked me there for few days. Location is good, close to walking street and surrounding areas, but just outside al the hussle and noise. Small but nice rooms. Internet is good, no gym, but nice pool. Breakfast was very basic, they definately need to work on that. Other than that, I'd stay here again, as the value for money... More

Booked in here for a couple of nights just to get away from it but of course the hotel is right on a road junction next to a fly over so it wasn't very relaxing. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, the reception area is all a bit of a mess but the bar area is nice. When we... More

I stayed 4 nights at the Manita boutique hotel in Pattaya thiis Feb. The hotel is kind of nice but there is nothing really boutique about it. The staff is very friendly, rooms are kind of smallish but OK. Everything worked OK in the rook. The continuous hot water heater in the bath room is very nice and don't have... More

Originally we wanted to go to Ko Larn but were to tired to travel more. So we found this nice hotel in the south of Pattaya. It seemed to be just newly opened when we stayed there. In the evening we went swimming in the pool and seemed to be the only guests which was really enjoyable after a long... More
