Friendly and helpful front-desk people. Stayed 1-week. Anything I needed was quickly attended to, including calling/flagging down a cab for me. Desk people are very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and even are able to communicate in English with me. I left feeling like I was saying "bye" to old friends. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place with friendly people, very helpful receptionist, the short cute one was really good and informative. Ask for her recommendation to buy the local Taichung food products. The night shift uncle was a great fellow to hang out with. Had a good chat and learn more about the culture and people here. Great hotel with very 'interesting' channel.. Hahahah
