The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Taichung Railway station. If you are taking a bus from Puli to Taichung, the bus last stop will be Taichung Railway station.
The room I stayed in was to my satisfaction. The lobby which is on the 2nd floor is dimly lit and not impressive at all.
