I think this is the only international hotel in Taichung, claen, decent and quite centrally located (8min to main train station). Staff are friendly and rooms are very clean with free wifi internet. The breakfast is very basic but much better than other holiday inn express in China. I would recommend this hotel to business travellers as well as couples/families.

Stayed for three nights. Room was ok not particularly keen of the bathroom that was enclosed by glass. Shower only no bathtub. Breakfast was just about adequate poor choice of fruit and juices. Staff very helpful. One came with me to the bus station, just a few doors away, to help me buying tickets to go to Sun Moon Lake.... More

just 10 mins walk from train station... modern deco... good security as u need the room card for lift access... we are given rooms on the 12th floor (the top floor)... though not facing the park but still have a great city view... mattress is a bit soft for me... but it's okay... breakfast is simple but good taste...

Our room was located on the inside of the building, so our windows looked out on the shoppingmall. The room was not big. The beds werereally comfortable (soft) with different pillow types. First the bad, the hotel is located near to Tai Chung Train station, that means it is far from the main attractions of the city such as Fenjia Night Market and the main shopping districts. There is really nothing to complain about. Very reasonable room rate, big & clean room, good breakfast selections, near Taichung train station.
