Not all rooms are nice. Prefer the rooms downstairs. Not too clean but it is exactly what you may expect for rates between 1300-1800 Rs. Very nice staff. Fantastic garden and very beautiful environment for having your meals (it is exagerated to call it a restaurant). The beach is clean enough for swimming.
