The hotel is located on top of a small hillock,a 1 minute drive from the street below. The parking area and the rooms facing the parking lot afford a view of the Incheon port, with working cranes and ships being visible. The lobby has average looks. The reception is manned efficiently by the staff who speak and understand English. Two Elevators connect to the rooms... It is an OK hotel, the neighbourhood is dim really, although China Town is next door, it is not the China Town you would expect, it is merely a few streets with a few restairenats and gift shops. I am finding it difficult to see why anyone would chose this hotel (I have not chosen it myself) when in Incheon/Seoul.... More

We arrived late in Korea and check in around 11:30pm. We were told to buy our own food at 7-Eleven Incheon International Airport before leaving for Paradise Hotel. We were given a triple room with 1 queen size and 1 single bed. Lighting is too dim and toilet lighting is not bright especially at the bath tub area. Otherwise is... More

Stayed here for a night only. The room was a large one and the initial impression was that it was nice, however after dropping the bags is when you realize the various defects. The room shows its age with signs of peeling of the wallpaper and slightly damaged ceiling. Being an international hotel would expect all instructions for equipment to... More

Arriving at the hotel, nobody will welcome you. Carry your luaggage, go through the empty and cold lobby to the reception desk. If you are locky, there is somebody behind and will check you in. Even having a reservation number (same for my collegue) the reservation was not known. The rooms are basically clean and everything is available. Even the... More

Disappointed with the hotel standard which being advertised as 4-5 star by ABC Holidays http://www.abcholiday.com.my/ for our group tour to Korea The facilities in the room is really old and not well-maintained. The toilet door broken and not able to close properly. Water heater takes time to heat up (the experience we went through is around 20-30min), this is a... More

We stayed here on a tour package. Rooms that we stayed in were probably occupied by smokers, just terrible. Nothing in but 2 bottles of water. since they don provide boiler, at least there a had a hot/cold water dispenser outside the rooms. Hot water in the shower was very slow in coming, had to keep it running for about... More

we stayed at this hotel as part of our overnight stop over to europe with Korean Airlines. So we did not pay for the room ourselves - this was included in the ticket price. When we arrived with my father, mother (disabled using a stick) and 6 pieces of luggage - no one was there to be able to help... More

If you happen to book at this hotel expect nothing but POOR QUALITY ARROGANT SERVICE. Yeah you read that right! The newly opened hotel has it all, excellent rooms the lobby was die for and it was said to be of great service but how can these people know about service when front desk liners particularly a small curly haired... Sounds good on paper, unfortunately all is not what it seems. Non-smoking rooms, are not quite non-smoking. Rooms are tired and have this smell about them that you only realise when you leave the hotel (and your belongings still smell when you are back home!). Internet access is good. Staff in the lobby lounge very courteous. Food is OK, though... More
