Three things that make an accommodation great for me are low noise levels at night, cleanliness and attitude of the staff, and this hotel excelled in all three.

Harbour park hotel is a typical business hotel very often used for stopover overnights. It was a comfortable hotel and staff were very helpful and fluently english speaking. Room was not very big but very clean with high-tech toilet. The hotel is located next to china town and the way to airport takes about 30 minutes by taxi.
