Hotel in a totally isolated part of Incheon, but facing a subway station. Decent bathroom, furniture blocking the desk, lighting system difficult to control, plugs without continuous power, if corresponding lamps are switched off, lousy Internet, breakfast correct, TV without CNN, BBC, TV5, DW, just international news from China

We were on Korean airines stopover... the room was very good but when we went down to the buffet style restaurant many of the dishes that had been out for some time had gone cold. I had chosen the fried rice and chicken options and found they were cold when i returned to my table.

We stayed on a stopover and were hugely impressed by the level of service, the technology, and the amazing delicious buffet meals they served at the beautiful restaurant.
