VIP guests were staying in the room. I Marriott, Hilton, Will, Hattet is Gold. The first was used to enter the member Accor. Food and breakfast, and also drew on the lack of standby time Honestly, would not use ADcard. The staff did not know anything about the AD card . More

I stayed for three nights on an upper floor. My room was large, comfortable, and modern. Views of the beach were excellent and the street noise was modest. The hotel could have been a 4 if it lowered its tariff rate at 40-50% For a beach front property, there could be a lot of potential. Location, comfortable bed and staff service were its best marks. The Novotel Ambassador in Haeundae beach is old and tired. I have stayed here on numerous occassions. The bathrooms and bedrooms need to be upgraded. The furniture and fixtures needs replacing.
