The room was clean and decent and a great backpacker-type accommodation. Cost was 50,000 (Korean won) for a room for two people. Also in a good location, a few minutes away from the subway. We only stayed one night but I think it is a good place for budget travelers.

I stayed at Blue Backpackers for three nights. The hostel is close to the Lotte shopping center, and the subway stations, just 6 mins walk, the location is very good. Clean hostel, accommodating owners, pleasant rooftop kitchen & common living room. Free wifi and no curfew. Very close to Lotte Department Store and to Subways Terminal. Given an opportunity I’ll definitely comeback to Busan and stay in Blue Backpackers Hostel once more.
