Excellent hotel. Very clean, large rooms. Breakfast had a few extra items beyond your basic continental. Stay here and drive to Saratoga during racing season. Why pay exorbitant prices for lesser quality. Good location for access to SUNY Albany.

Holiday inn express maintains high standards. Everything is as expected. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice workout room. Good location. Very busy hotel. They must be doing everything right. Accommodations in Albany are expensive. This one is a reasonable value.

The front desk people were nice and very attentive. When we checked in and when I just went to all a question they went out of their way to help and make sure I got what I needed. They clearly wanted to go above and beyond and they did!

Great rooms, quiet and clean, very large for the price. Staff was extremely helpful, responded to requests seemingly before I finished asking for what I needed (i.e. forgot toothpaste, called front desk, less than 2 minutes later knock at door). I can't complain about this Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and updated. I've stayed here a few times over the past few years for conferences and business and have not been disappointed. The breakfast is also very good as well. Keep up the good work!

It has been quite some time since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn. I've preferred the Hilton, Marriott, Carlson, Choice Hotel families. This Holiday Inn Express had such a high level of service, pleasant surprises, and clean, comfortable accommodations. Little things make the difference. Pillows that are labeled "firm" or "soft," free high-speed internet, mouthwash, snacks offered at check-in, etc.... More
