I'll start by saying that, in the end, we were moved to a different room by just asking. We stayed here for two nights from Oct. 11-13. Reserved the room since the summer 2008 as a part of a wedding block. However, upon checking in, we were told that there was no king-sized bed room, which I had reserved. No bellman helped with luggage; we took the luggage cart and did it ourselves. The staff put us in a room, and we left, taking the elevator up to the 2nd floor. Our room number didn't exist. Hotel guest saw us wandering around and told us that our room number was in a differnt wing of the hotel, which we were not told. We went back down to front desk and were told "oh, yeah!" you are in a different part of the hotel. Thanks for telling us that before we trekked, carrying ALL our own luggage, all over the hotel!
