We live nearby, but wanted a place where we could bring our adult daughter from the nursing home she lives in located in Great Barrington MA, as our home is not wheelchair accessible. When we decided to stay at the Homewood Suites, we thought it would be like your average Hotel . How wrong we were ! Bob and Erin greeted us with smiles and a box of chocolate candy.
We moved in the Friday after Thanksgiving and found three complete Thanksgiving dinners waiting for us in our suite refrig.

Well...thank you for what is ultimately a very nice review of our hotel. I can tell you that we do only have 4 two-bedroom suites in the entire 133 suite hotel. Great stay at the Homewood Suites in Albany last May to attend my niece's graduation from Rennselaer. Beautiful room, nice pool area, great breakfasts and common area where the family could get together. And they did an "above and beyond" service which really impressed me. I made several room reservations for extended family - each took over their own reservations...

Awesome experience! We had a very large group with many kids. Dinner and breakfast included. Kids had a blast swimming and playing basketball. Not one complaint. Staff was on top of everything and nice as can be. Rooms were clean, comfortable and great size.

Homewood suites Albany is the best! The rooms are always impeccably clean. The food is great, like having a home-cooked meal. During the summer they actually have cookouts.
