This is a very efficient operation in a very convenient location. All meals and beverages are included -- plus, what my parents used to call "coffee and" is available every afternoon. The boardwalk and the Kinneret are steps away. Our room was clean, with plenty of space to move around, unpack, etc. We had two meals -- dinner and breakfast... More

Very busy hotel serving about 400 people. The room was very clean and good furnishings. The selection of food in the restaurant was varied and well cooked. Staff attentive.. Close to the beach. This hotel was all inclusive.Transit people for their pilgrimage

I'm not sure about other options in Tiberias, but the Leonardo Club felt like a hospital with a pool. The rooms were poorly kept and the service was fair at best. Location was ok. The best part of the hotel was the included Breakfast.

The Leonardo just seemed tiny and not particularly clean. The elevators are ancient, tiny and only allow around 6 occupants at one time. A loud alarm forced several in our party to exit. I walked up the stairwell a number of times…they were filthy…looked like they were rarely cleaned. The room was mediocre…nothing made it stand out. They had free... More

Dispite the excellent restaurant service (free drinks), free coffee and cake every day 4pm to 5 pm, friendly staff, excellent view over the sea of Kinneret, I do not recommend. I have stayed there many times. The hotel is too noisy. Last time a car theft alarm (probably used as a "customer inviting" signal) was screaming all night, the local... More

Our Christian Heritage tour of Israel was supposed to include hotels rated as 4* Superior. I regret to say that this hotel should not be rated more than 3* (maybe superior). Although our room (with half-board) was supposed to be "Superior" we had a view over the town and NOT the lake. So I protested with the manager. He said... More

Visited this hotel in November and had a very good stay. Rooms & foood excellent. we were impresssed in particular by the manager who came to talk to us at our table after dinner and seemed genuinely anxious to gain our impressions. We were unanimous in our praise of the hotel and food. Nice to know someone really cares.

I stayed here in September as part of a group and enjoyed my stay. It is certainly not a four star hotel, but the room was clean and neat. WiFi was available for a charge. I stayed on the 10th floor in a corner room and could not come in off the balcony - views were spectacular. Also enjoyed watching... More

I and my wife stayed for here as group leaders for a Holy Land pilgrimage in late February and were well pleased. There were 23 of us in the group and we stayed 5 nights. The Hotel is well-used. By that I mean it was full of tourists and locals and that the building shows some wear. However, everything was... More

I was not in the least disappointed. The dining room staff and food were extraordinarily good. We stayed 3 nights, full board and each main meal was different. The room was clean. We did have a problem with the sliding cupboard and 'phoned down to report this.. A gentleman came within 5 minutes to fix it. The pool was excellent,... More
