This hotel really exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Nice, clean, elegant, great food, service was excellent - helpful staff, etc. It was really good. Went with my wife and 2 kids. It was an expensive stay but don't regret it.

This was my 5th time in Tiberias and 1st time in this hotel. The hotel is dated, like everything in Tiberias. It is a typical tourist hotel. Pilgrimage trip. Hotel was recommended by our tour guide impromptu, maybe they weren't prepared to accommodate all of us. He said there was a spa and pool that we could use, but we weren't allowed to use any of them. Felt a little segregated. Rooms were small and had dirty carpeting.

The hotel is on the shores of Lake Kinneret. Lovely views from the balconies of the rooms, a dining room and a beautiful lobby with a beautiful view. Excellent breakfast at 5 stars! Spa wing rooms nice, small for my taste and need rejuvenation. Overall hotel should stay. Highly recommended!
