Been going here my whole life. It has changed ownership a few times, but overall this hotel still meets my expectations. Also, food is good. More

We went there on January 3, 2012. The Leonardo Hotel was good, clean and well placed. That night, we could see the show of lights from our room on floor 10th, we did not have to go out to see it. Next morning, the view of the Galilea Sea was great. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay there.... More

Spent 4 nights while on tour. Rooms were nicely furnished and clean. General hotel appearance was very well done. The food in the restaurant was very good with a large buffet selection. We ate here 8 times. If I get to go back to Tiberias, I would stay here. More

This was my first hotel to stay in visiting Israel. It made a good impression! I had a north facing room and could see the lake- Sea of Galilee. The buffet- breakfast/dinner had a lot of food plus the dining area was clean despite the many tour groups. Service was very good both at breakfast and dinner. Great location. You... More

Beware; there are three leonardo hotels in tiberias. the leonardo, the leonardo club and the leonardo plaza. the plaza is by far the best one. (slightly more expensive then the... More

This is probably the second best hotel in Tiberias - the Scots Hotel being at the top of the heap. That being said, here are the facts - it is some 30 years old; it has changed management several times; the hotel's focus is on bus tour business. The rooms are decent sized. The bathrooms are fine. Meals are a... More

We had three nights here and it was a comfortable place to stay after a day of touring. Our room faced East and we had a nice view as a result. My only complaint was the pool hours. After a full day of touring, a dip in the pool would be nice bit closed at 5PM every night. Otherwise an... More

This was probably the best hotel in Tiberias when first established as a Sheraton. The rooms are big, with lovely balconies and views. And the bed was comfortable. But the bathroom fixtures were old and balky -- shower head didn't work properly. The furniture and woodwork was old and scratched. The air conditioning is weird for Americans, because they link...
