Free parking, decent breakfast, clean shower. Noisy on the side facing the road. 20-25 min walk to the centre or 5 min drive. Good base to explore surroundings. 15 min drive to Arbel guest house - great food.

Our room was very spacious with a delightful balcony. Very clean with fresh towels, soap,shampoo daily. A large terrace enabled us to meet in the evenings and enjoy the great views. The management couldn't do enough for us from washing to information and booking taxis. The breakfasts where good . We felt very pampered.

I booked it online for 55 US$ single. It's all perfect. Internet computer. TV5 (French TV) and BBC World in the room. Friendly people. Excellent buffet breakfast. It's the best value place in all of Israel ... (some hotels charge 150 US$ for the same). Only problem for some: it's a long uphill hike from the center of town.

The building is very old, must have been a great hotel some 60 years ago. Don't get scared by the first quite shabby impression of the room, and remember it was cheap. We stayed 2 nights, and have nothing to complain about. I would have given them the best score if the young guy in the reception showed a little more interest in his guests. But the elderly man was very sweet and helpfull the day we left. ++
