We book it when see photos & reading about existing pool, wi fi & double bed In reality this is very dirty & non-comfortable hotel: pool in another building in 150 meters, wi-fi only exist in 1st floor, double bed in reality twin beds. This hotel needs deep repairing & more feutures to be a 3-1/2 * hotel as advertised

This place sucks. When we arrived the floors were being cleaned which involved about an inch of water being pushed out the door. After being told our room wasn't ready and that we could go to the pool, we were then found a room which was OK, we asked for a double but it was 2 single beds pushed together.... More

We were first given a room with a jacuzzi, but we asked to change rooms due to noise from outside. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and changed our room immediately even though we had to downgrade a bit to a standard room.
