The executive rooms are on the 16th and 17th floors. They feature some sort of synthetic floor that is far cleaner than carpet, a glass desk and an in-room fax/printer/copier with direct phone line. For a business trip, it's not bad though nothing stands out as being great. The rooms are of small to average size. The larger of the... more

Rooms are average and dated. Restaurants are ok, especially the kosher Japanese, but breakfast is not as good as at other Tel Aviv hotels. The staff is unpleasant, which seems to be the norm in Israeli hotels. What stands out is the spa, which is the worst I have seen: very rude staff, dirty locker rooms + showers + sauna... more

The hotel room is small, and has very basic amenities, like bed and small TV. No coffee maker or any other means to get hot coffee or tea. In most rooms, the view you'll be getting is the wall of the office building across the street, but never mind that because windows are so dirty you could hardly see anything... more

I've stayed there many times, as my company is based in Israel. As such, I've also stayed at many other hotels. To be honest, this is not up to US or European hotel standards. Let's do the good and the bad: Good: 1. It has a bed. Not too bad of a bed at that. 2. Staff was friendly, especially... more

Room are ok but carpet has spot of humidity The fitness is average with no lockers available in the male lockerroom. Staff is not very helpful and arrogant (even to Israeli standard). Sauna and steam room are the dirtiest that I have ever seen. The glass window of the sauna was so dirty that you cannot watch outside the sauna more

I have stayed in this hotel at the end of July for 2 nights with my wife and son. The hotel should be a four star hotel , the rooms are ok but a shame that the hotel did not prepare a bed for my son , as agreed on the time of booking. it is also a shame that... more
