This place was expensive and lacking! The pool and hot tub close at 6, at a ski place? Really? Service was minimal, rooms old and very cheaply appointed. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and question the entire chain for any future stays.
The hotel is located to a lot of hiking tracks and lookouts, except Hermon mt. Food in the hotel isn't recommended. We ate breakfast and dinner for 4 days, and almost always left after 20 min. The region has some nice local restaurants that have much more value. Moreover, the reception stops working at about 10PM.
Been ther for 2 nights off season. Got a price of less then $ 100 for 2 adults BB per night.
Please is really nice, staff are freindly, location is great -if you're looking for an isolate area or a place to sleep when touring the Golan Heights and north Israel.
Other than that, it's a 3 star level hotel...

A private tour director that we ran across at the Ruth Rimonim recommended the town of Neve Ativ (it's near Mt. Hermon) and...

On the whole I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. I will say that the tiny town of Neve Ativ is NOT for people who want night life though. First, the pluses:
Beautiful location
Friendly and diverse staff
Close to Majd al Shams (Druze town) and Mt Hermon and other great touristic sites
Rooms were clean and tidy
Heated...

I took a chance on this place because I could hardly find anything written about it online, but the location was ideal for our travel plans. It is part of the Rimonim chain, which are very high end hotels. This place sits at 300 meters elevation at the NE corner of Israel up in the Golan Heights. The cool mountain...
