At the door of this hotel there is a little sticker saying that it is rated one of the top hotels in trip Advisor. I can say it is a complete lie! The building looks very old, and when we went to our rooms (I was traveling with my family) we were greeted with dirty walls and lamps, a bug... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed there three nights, as part of a group who visited this part of Israel. Rooms are large, but are neglected and poorly maintained. The closet doors do not close or open easily, near coffee machine there is not an electrical plug, in the bathroom there is only not... More

We spent one night at the Gardenia , as part of a group Christmas tour. We arrived after a long and tiring journey from Bethlehem, looking froward to a good room, good food and a good night's rest. Unfortunately, this was not to be. We had to carry our bags down to our room, with a long flight of stairs,... More

Lovely appearance externally. Rooms (no lift at the 2-storey annexe) are quaint, but rather dirty and poorly maintained. TV extremely poor reception, hardly any English. Only sponge pillows. Air con works OK on remote controller, a little odd to learn. Food service not very good; poor selection at breakfast and dinner, but strangely offers free draught Carlsberg and bottles of... More

We were in a conference in the hotel, the venue was great but the rooms had a lot of problems, the food was expensive and average, the rooms are VERY expensive, and the administration made so many mistakes and changes. Won't do it again.

This was a great hotel. The lobby was very nice and comfortable. Rwad at the coffee bar was friendly and helpful. The Wifi worked well so I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby catching up with friends. The girls at the reception could have been friendlier. They were not rude, just a bit indifferent. We had a... More

Stayed 2 nights in early May. Beautifully groomed flower gradens on hill top overlooking Jezreel Valley - you can see for miles. Food was plentiful but only slightly better than average. Hotel staff were friendly and wanted to be helpful. However, we had a room with no view overlooking the back of the hotel, the clothes cupboard door wouldn't slide... More

The Gardenia is located on an expansive plot in the southern end of Nazareth, overlooking the beautiful Jezre'el Valley. The rooms I saw all had one entire wall composed of all glass patio doors. Some of these had spectacular views of the valley; others had a pretty view of a big nicely cared-for tree-studded lawn; but others had the big... More

We spent a Sabbath with our community in this hotel, and thought the rooms, service and grounds were excellent. We had a large, comfortable room with a door that opened on a large, grassy lawn. The (kosher) food wasn't fancy, but tasty and plentiful. The pool was refreshing. The staff was very pleasant. One of our party had a flat tire... More
