pro: friendly staff (usual indonesian customs!) great location (right infront of merdeka walk; cafes and antique books shops) old majestic hotel but the rooms are old. its nearby pajak ikan (to shop for batiks and clothes plenty of shops at 15 mins walk). con: breakfast is average not for the budget vacation. smoking in the hotel is a norm.

Inna Dharma Deli is a 3 stars hotel located in centre of Medan. In front of the Tugu Medan and Merdeka Walk, a famous food station in town. This is a very old hotel. The building, the decoration and the room was old. This hotel need to renovate immediately.

Despite its great location, the hotel is over priced for the condition of the rooms. Gift shop very accomodating. We had a family reunion which was catered with open bar and entertainment. Great location and lovely workers. Would definitley stay there again.

Average only. Rather overpriced. Cleanliness average. Standards of rooms below average. Swimming pool open to public, invaded by schoolchildren in the afternoon. Security POOR, gates open to street all around hotel with no checks on people using walkways outside rooms as a public thoroughfare.
