Reception - Rude and can't speak english Room - Air con was not working. Bathroom was small. Shower head was lose/broken (Rm401). there were ants in the room (RM 501). Not all rooms have windows and in order to have one we had to settle on twin beds rather than a double. The room and bathroom was adequate but dated.
