It is new hotel, just newly opened. Need some more attention especially on the services. Staffs need to have more training especially the front liners. Room good as it is new facilities, awesome bed! love it :-). Bit far from the city but close to the Airport.

All one could hope for, good service, good food, good facilities, good value. Recommend taking one of the day tours covering the local area markets cafes etc etc. Is it just me or is there something intrinsically moving about being that close to a Volcano.
