The staff here are very helpful (well, during the day at least - the night staff neglected to give me a 3.30am wake-up call I booked so as to make a flight). Rooms comfortable, aircon not too noisy, pool is large, breakfasts ok. One food plus is a really good seafood restaurant directly opposite.

After having stayed at the excellent Santhika in Denpassar we wrongly thought that they had a similar hotel in Makassar. One of the two elevators did not work and was not repaired. I stayed here for 3 nights, bed is nice, great breakfast although service could be quite slow, nice, attentive staff. The hotel needs a bit of cosmetic improvements, though. but apart from that...great hotel...will definitely go back.
