I wont say too much because i don't have the time. It was so bad i wish i had the time to write a full review on it. Food was poor, service was terrible, rooms were not welcoming at all. I imagine they have spent quite a lot of money on the new wing but the bar looks like its... more

Have stayed here before during Singapore Straits regatta and always enjoyed it. This time, I found nothing worked. The first room they put me in had no key to the safe, not a minor point in Indonesia. Also had some dubious looking stains on the bedspread. Second room had a working safe, but that's about it. Aircon dripped on my... more

I read the reviews here before going to Turi Beach Resort, and was pretty much expecting all the negative stuff - mozzies problem, bad service, dirty rooms, bad massage... BUT, that was not the case! I had a pleasant encounter on email with the customer service even BEFORE I booked the room. I always had efficient replies and very patient... more

My partner and I have got mixed feelings about Turi Beach Resort after a 3D2N (weekday) stay. We loved the room at the new Tirta wing and the fantastic view from the room, but were kind of disappointed with the poor service. We arrived at the huge, empty, and desolate reception area which reflected the service the staff provided –... more

I'm sure all the reviews so far are mixed so I'll cut to the chase. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this place is perfect, its has all the ingridients for relaxing time. You just need to look beyond the food ( breakfast was only average, there are only 3 types of food, tepannyaki, indonesian and western, sorry... more

This resort was highly recommended by two friends and hence we decided to book it for a short weekend getaway (3D2N). We decided to spend a little more and booked a Deluxe instead of a Standard room; we were given a beach front room in the Riani (old) wing. The room was quite spacious but the furniture were quite old... more

There were mixed reviews at the time of booking but as it was last minute and other hotels were full, we thought we'd give it a go. Firstly, the staff picked us up from the ferry terminal and despite our luggage being put in the boot of the car and was with us, they took over an hour to deliver... more

We did a weekday 3D 2N stay. The resort was really quiet and peaceful. We took a ground floor unit at the new Tirta Wing and it was lovely. The room has a contemporary look and is stylishly designed. If you prefer a more lavish buffet, perhaps you will like to travel during weekends as only mini buffet (with some... more
