Had a 3D2N trip. Arrived at 8am and was greeted by a resort staff and collected our passports and arranged the immigration directly and we were off to the resort. For your info we do visit beach resorts frequently around asia. Upon arrival we are greeted with an old dilapidated building. Lobby reception was friendly and speaks clear english.
