Been there on my 1st trip to Batam. Staffs were friendly, helpful and attentive. the room & breakfast were basic but worth the price. clean and well maintain rooms. Bed was comfortable. the room is excellent for the money you pay but the location is a bit far from the main road. In fact, when I took a taxi from the ferry terminal (batam center), the driver had to ask others to get directions to the hotel. the breakfast is tasty but the choice is quite limited.
