Horrible service. My sister's wedding reception was ruined because of the unprovessional service. The reception was held poolside, but rain came and they do nothing to help. The air conditioner not working. Staff not coming when we call them to our hotel room.

Disappointed with the services at the front desk. It takes 30 minutes for check in the room that we already reserved thru their online reservation previously. Furthermore, the aircond inside the room not cool at all. Should think twice before stay again at this hotel in the future.

An excellent hotel. Only drawback was problems with communication - staff very good, but some problems with English. Room excellent, very clean and all facilities good. As usual in Indonesia, electrics a bit dodgy. Restaurants very good, but you need to know Indonesian food. Overall, worth staying at !
