Bumi hotel is an old hotel,old mini bar,old tv ect.. but the room lay out it fantastic,the garden and lobby is superb... fitnes center,sauna,jakuzzi are old but really nice. the staffs are really good and profesional.they have been train well even the hotel is old and need some renovation,have to say that Bumi Surabaya is my favorit hotel in Surabaya.

Present hotel name is Hotel Bumi used be Hyatt regency. we move to here from mid class.Larger room than standard hotels Good variety of breakfast especially local foods. Excellent staffs. Only one thing I felt inconvenient was a plug of bath tab.did not work.

Great hotel run by local hotel management chain before the hotel was Hyatt hotel. Still same faces working here and have a great pool, spas and great dinner buffet at night mostly a local cuisine. Great live music at Tavern pubs. hotel is not far away from nearest big mall call Tanjungan Plaza.

I did not stay in the hotel but we had an excellent dinner in the courtyard garden on a Sunday night. The menu was street food served hawker-style. It was a simple but tasty, traditional Indonesian fare with Gamelan background music. The staff were attentive and friendly especially Indah who had recently trained in Singapore for 6 months.

Stayed in the hotel during my recent trip to Surabaya. Very centrally located in downtown Surabaya. Rooms very spacious; however a bit old and need to be renovated. Staff very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast. Would definitely return on my next trip to Surabaya.
