Terrific service and nice everything. Can I got a lower price? but so far so good i think this is the best hotel i ever stayed. so friendly staff, excellent in cleanliness, lots of choise of my dining, awesome pool. Even my boyfriend suggest me to stay more longer in here but too bad my bussiness has end earlier

“Great hotel and great service”

This Shangri-la is one of the best, the team here are super friendly and whilst the rooms are oldish they are very good. Hotel has a great pool and plenty of choices for food and drink- it is recommended for stays in Surabaya.

Fabulous first stay at the Shang hotel. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating! Good location, beautiful rooms, lots of choice for dining, stunning pool and spa facilities. Really looked forward to returning to the hotel after a day of business. Highly recommend.
