Need to improve on sound proofing the rooms also location for me is a little way off from the main shopping area in Surabaya . Also need to have a lounge that opens a little longer till about midnight at least .

I had other colleagues stay in their suites but I had the privilege of being upgraded to one of their renovated rooms. I do not like this hotel, because it has not the same wisdom with other accor hotel group, at which time breakfast needed extra charge for children and I have accor advantage plus membership card and can not use the voucher I had for breakfast in use along with their parents

The hotel facilities (pool & garden) is pretty nice, the rest of the hotel is entirely run down. We even got an upgrade room which was in a disgusting as well.
