We stay in junior suite and pool suite. The hotel environment really nice, comfy, with fresh air. The kidz loves to play in the rabbit garden ( they have a big, furry yet clean angora rabbit) and kids club very spacious , you can play nintendo Wii also. Maintenance is very good for hotels and public spaces such as garden and restaurants. especially for a hotel that has been aged 20 years :) Staffs are friendly and very helpfull. Place very quiet with comfortable atmosphere. For the chef at breakfast who make eggs omelete lack skilled.

Novus Puncak Resort provides the good services from all the staffs and also the good quality of foods. My children were so happy with the swimming pool, rabbit garden, kids club, and soccer field. The rooms and all facilities are clean and all well maintained. It’s a nice environment to stay.

Fabulous junior suite room with floor to ceiling glazing, balcony and views across the valley. The guided tour of the local tiered farming area was brilliant and well worth doing. No wifi in the rooms nor a shower cubicke but you can't have everything. The hotel arranged transport there and back from Jakarta at a reasonable price.
