I dont expect to find a world class accomodation in Bandung. Grand Aquilla is impressive enough. The room was clean and comfy. Eventhough the lobby,swimming pool,etc was relatively small. Location is not far from the main shopping area, highly recommended. Simply, this is among the top choice of hotels that id like to stay in upon visit to bandung.

The 5* claim is totally spurious. My room had several iron burns on the floor - but no iron (or hair-dryer for that matter) - and the hotel can't even be bothered covering them with a rug.
