I dont expect to find a world class accomodation in Bandung. Grand Aquilla is impressive enough. The room was clean and comfy. Eventhough the lobby,swimming pool,etc was relatively small. The 5* claim is totally spurious. My room had several iron burns on the floor - but no iron (or hair-dryer for that matter) - and the hotel can't even be bothered covering them with a rug.
