I stayed there for 2 nights. The room is spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. However the room service takes quite sometime, We only ordered fried rice, it took them over 1 hour to deliver it. The location of the hotel is downtown, so its easy to reach places. We had spent our 3 night in this hotel and booked 2 rooms via Agoda. The first room condition is not good. The aircond doesnt work well, and we had to called to complaint. Lucky the staff prompt efficiently but the result was same at the end. The other room condition is good.

Im staying here with my big family we booked 5 room from 7 january to 8 january 2012 and turn out very dissapointing specialy with the cleaness of the bed sheet and there is no towels in toilet when we arrive at the hotel
