my deluxe room is not available due to full ocupation. Then my room is upgraded to executive located at new tower without additional charges but with deluxe amenities. This hotel is newly refurbished its interiors and still in progress. To change its looks from traditionally dark into modern light. The meals and room services are still good and progressively improved.

The staff is Friendly,the room is clean and fresh,nice scent of aromatheraphy in the ally.. Good place to hang out at the bar but heavy traffic at the weekend.. The location is good for culinary experience, i love the location.. I'll be back when i come to bandung..

Overall,this is an excellent hotel to stay in terms of cleanliness,service and shopping at Factory Outlets along Jalan Dago. Do try the spa as well. Taxi is always available and always ask for the taxi company called The Blue Bird, as this is the only taxis company which use meter .

Good location...very closed with FOs and culinary spot. Room is good...clean...last year they do some renovation...i believe now it’s better than before. If you want to stay, better you check with their avaibility, cause it is quite popular...sometime is fully booked
