the rooms are basic and as other reviews state the towels do not smell good, other than that the grounds are beautiful and the staff are very helpful......i walked around town and asked similar guesthouses their prices and Nicks seemed fair in comparison, i think Ubud is generally more pricey than other areas.

Centrally located in Ubud with a nice paddy view is a plus. Villa location, room, beds, bed linen, batroom, towels, restaurant, food, wifi and service all below standard and thus in total far overpriced.

Wonderful place, situated right in the middle of peaceful rice paddies, but just a short walk to the craziness of downtown Ubud. Terrific restaurant with great service, delicious food, and super affordable prices. Nice swimming pool. Very accommodating staff!
