Amori Villas in Ubud was our choice when planning a holiday to Bali. We decided to commence our stay away from the hussle and bussle of the coast, and to take a few days relaxing in the beauty and culture within the mountainious area - the 'real' Bali. From the moment our friendly Amori driver collected us from the airport,... More

We ended our time in Bali with a 2 night stay at Amori! We arrived at this little piece of heaven and were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks by the most accommodating staff! They helped us organize our itinerary and the free shuttle service into Ubud was always readily avaliable! The comfortable rooms are beautifully decorated with local artifacts. The... More

We were greeted with a mint, lime and coconut cold drink and from that moment onwards we were treated to a perfect stay of friendly, welcoming staff (family!) delicious food, stunning accommodation and an envionment which was nothing short of luxury. Nothing was too much trouble.... all our wishes were taken care of, which made for a very special holiday... More

We ended our Bali trip with a 2 night stay at Amori Villa. It was a perfect place to relax before our trip home. The views were fantastic and the infinity pool was the perfect place to just chill. We used the complimentary transport into Ubud a couple of times and I have to say it was really nice to be... More

We wanted somewhere that our family, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8 could relax with other members of our family from England and Sydney in the "real" Bali for 5 days. After a recommendation from a friend I chose Amori Villa and was thrilled to receive a prompt response from Rick and Peta, the Australian owners of... More

Amori Villa is a delight to the eye and the heart. The staff show that natural Balinese hospitality that is warm, affectionate and always cheerful. Our room was luxury on the edge of heaven, as we lived like royalty on the tip of a valley with sweeping views of the greenery below. We quite liked the food and as it... More

The rooms are quite lovely as other reviewers indicated. Do not, however, expect elegance. The food is mediocre. Breakfast included packaged bread and preserves in the type of packets used on airplanes. The food was significantly below what we experienced in the other hotels we visited in Bali. The setting is highly scenic.

A confession: After a few trips to Bali it was no longer high on our list of holiday destinations. We'd been there, done that. And with so many places remaining on our bucket list we simply didn't see ourselves returning. Then along comes a family wedding invitation and family being family we found ourselves trawling the 'net looking for accommodation... More

Visiting Amori is like visiting our Ubud family. Staff are always there willing to help and always have a smile on their faces. Rooms are absolutley stunning and turned down each evening. The view from the pool is undescribable. Will be back each and every year and count down the days to the latest vist to our Ubud family.

We spent 4 nights here last week and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and charming; the location was rural and beautiful and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful or more welcoming. We came with two children aged 8 and 12 and we all loved the Amori Villa. The hotel is a 20 minute shuttle... More
