We ate at the resturant and clearly it was one of our best meals at Ubud. Also loved the service, very friendly and warmth showed by schaliwage and yuli.

The manager of this hotel took "customer service" to the next level. I was injured a short distance from the hotel whilst staying at Casa Ganesha and they assisted with coordinating clinics and providing the use of the hotel shuttle for travel. The food at this place is AMAZING, I think they call it the Fish Pond Cafe, but it's... More

The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The ribs are top notch. All in all, the rooms are nice, reasonably priced (although quite small) and the location is decent. You can rent a scooter across the road if you fancy checking out some nearby... More

This used to be a good little urban place to be based for business in Ubud. Cheap and cheerful with no frills. But I was dismayed to read the owner's poor excuses to TripAdvisor Traveler review entitled Don't Go There. Owner will simply not own up to the facts that rats can be trapped and criminal employees can be fired.... More

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Rooms were very small though and shower has no screens - when you have a shower the toilet is right next to you and everything gets wet. The location was good - on the main road leading into the town centre - about 10 minute walk.

This hotel is not very clean, many rats in the food area. Worse is we put valuables in the safe and a mobile phone was taken whilst we were out, when we tackled the reception staff about it they didnt offer to investigate the theft. We went and sat by the pool for a while and then decided that we... More

My wife and I has the best time living in Casa Ganesha. The staff is incredible and very friendly. The food at the restaurant is tasty and the staff can always cater to your palate. We used the spa and pool on many occassions and felt deeply relaxed in a very beautiful town. One suggestion though, take your laptop with... More

We stayed at Casa Ganesha directly after Tegal Sari (which was fully booked) and unfortunately it sufferwed by comparison - but it was a nice hotel with lovely comfortable beds, wifi, safe and fridge in the room - and really friendly staff. The bathroom was basic and a bit tired looking and there was no drawers for clothes etc. and... More
