Went there with my husband and the girls on December, we arrived at 12.30 and we were waiting for 4 hours in the lobby, humid and hot weather. All our friends had their room ready at 1, not ours! We're not going back.... sorry.... More

Rooms are great, good size, large bathrooms, reasonably well kept, balconies all very good; the main issue with this resort is its location; its on the back blocks of Nusa Dua (beach access via shuttle buses) which basically makes it feel like you are in an apartment building (most are) anywhere in the world. “Good place and clean”

I strongly recommend it for families. The food is good and service is adequate. Staff is friendly. Only constructive feedback is the lack of double bed. We had two single beds attached together. Other than that all perfect. More

We stayed this hotel for two weeks in January with our teenage children. Overall the hotel rates 7.5/10. The food was excellent (except for the Beach Club restaurant which was just acceptable).
