the pool was very clean and excellent, and the staff was too good and will attend to your need immediately. never seen such a excellent hotel in indonesia as the management took the effort to make the hotel run very efficently and clean

This is a large boxy hotel with lots of concrete, redeemed by high levels of service and beautiful landscaping. The hotel property is beautiful. The rooms (especially executive level) are clean and spacious. If there are any issues the staff can take care of any of your needs. Especially great was Agung Dharma Yusa. He is going to the top!
