Strengths: Great beach. Safe for children/swimming. Walking distance to Bali Collection Gift shops and cheaper restaurants. Creative gardens.The gardens are clean. Staff are friendly but not necessarily helpful. Rooms are spacious. Lovely pools. Great buffet breakfast.Excellent AC in the rooms.Weaknesses: Rooms are not cleaned properly. We stayed at the hotel in July 2011 (for my Birthday) with my friends. We liked the hotel veru much! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with good bed. Staff was always polite and helpfull. Private beach was fantastic! Food for breakfast was delicious and tasty. There is mall across the road where we had dinner, cheap and tasty. More

“An older property set in beautiful grounds”

We spent 9 days in this older property: A most comfortable setting - fantastic grounds, friendly & efficient service and very well maintained eating & food handling areas. It is a very large property and a little impersonal. The grounds and beach areas are well maintained and we can recommend the property. More

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in December-January 2012 for New Year's. Hotel surprises with its beauty and vatiety. The hotel is beautiful but it start and finish there!! Service is lousy, prices of extra (pool, restaurants) are crazy. We stay at the club, it's a joke. More
