Second visit. Beat the holiday crowds again. HOtel staff shwed warmth, especially the restaturant and front desk crew. Generally no complaints. Clean, well designed typical balinese style hotel. Some improvement at the reception staff can improve rhe overall rating. Breakfast buffet and the staff at breakfast are perfect!!
