We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. Large size Villa and very Impressive. Yes, some people say that it was not as new as other villas, however, we were very happy with value for money and little aging things did not bother us. In fact we visited other villas and they were smaller and more expensive. Very friendly staff. Facilities were... More

Villa Aya is situated off the main street of Seminyak and provides picturesque and luxurious holidaying. with a private pool and a simple but convenient outside kitchen. The premises are cleaned daily by the kind and attentive staff and breakfast is cooked for the guest every morning with the choice of Balinese breakfast or western. We had a great experience.

Villa Aya is in the perfect location on Seminyaks Eat Street. Aya would have been beautiful in it's day some 10-15 years ago but its really aging. The gardens in our private villa are lovely though. We booked with an online booking agent rather last minute and really didn't do enough research into this. I know you get better value... More

The layout of the villas is beautiful, as is the bathroom. However, the kitchen is downright gross and needs to be seriously updated! I couldn't even look at the floor. There were NO dishes, no eating utensils, not even a bottle opener, which was very disappointing. The appliances were old and broken down, and the sink gross. The wat in... More

Stayed with a group of girlfriends for 4D and I have to say that we had a very good first impression! The environment is peaceful and quiet, and the location is amazing with nice cafe along the street w/o your usual partying Kuta crowd. A cab ride to the beautiful 'Potato Head' (abt 1km away) would cost u about Rp20k.... More

My family and I had made reservation to stay at Villa Aya from 15th to 18th of July 2011 and the reservation was duly confirmed by Villa Aya before the 15th of July 2011. However, upon arrival at Villa Aya on 15th July 2011 as planned, my family and I were told by the management of Villa Aya that they... More

The good: Friendly staff, and good location - walking distance a lot of hip shopping and dining and nightlife options of Seminyak, and also close to Ku De Ta, a worldclass restuarant and beach lounge. The private villa's had very highly aesthetic architecture and landscaping witht eh private pool - visually very appealing. The canopy beds were beautiful. The sounds... More

I stayed at Villa Aya January 2010 with a group of 10 extended family including my son, his mates (mid to late 20’s) and my sister with her family. We arrived at the Villa Aya quite accidentally after a booking error had us having to leave the villa we had originally booked. On arriving at the Villa Aya we were... More

Pros: Service was good. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Cons: We had booked Villa Aya looking at their website but once there we saw that some of the facilities shown on the website didn't even exist. They had no internet at all. No international TV channels. All they had were Indonesian channels so nothing to watch. They had no restaurant. We... More
