This hotel is 3 to 4 star very clean, smaller than most of the larger hotels in the area, more authentic. Small-ish pool however brilliat location walking distance to waterbomb, across the road from huge shopping centre and you can walk through the carpark and get to the beach. Clean room off the street with a small courtyard. Breakfast included in adjoining restaurant. Kuta is not my cup of tea, but this hotel is across from a large mall and you can walk through to the mall to the beach. Very close to the airport if you are coming in from Ubud or an expensive property elsewhere. Good value.

Had a very pleasant stay here, the rooms were well appointed, the staff were friendly, and the hotel overall is very well presented. Breakfasts are good, but not stellar. Comparing it to any of the major beachfront resorts is pointless, because for what it is, the Adhi Jaya is a great place to stay.
