this is a hidden gem with a nice bar and resturant, 400meters from kuta beach , near matahari shopping centre ,surrounded by nice eating places ,walk to the night clubbing area...and yet it is quite and peaceful, with pleasant staff helpful staff, loved my stay.

Dirty rooms, didn't seem safe, dirty bed linin, very old. did not enjoy and was not worth the 400,000 i paid.

Old building, but the most terrible thing is this property was not properly maintained! The room and bathroom were dirty.
