Have actually stayed several times . This hotel is just ok. There are no proper black out curtains, just shutters,the toilets frequently dont work and house keeping need to "plunge" them, and air conditioning is only fair. The food here is well below what most hotels serve. The pool is nice and its close to the airport.

This is not the type of hotel i would normally stay in but thanks to a cancelled flight the airline put us up here. Everything was beautiful. Gardens, rooms,lagoon pool and especially the staff. We (party of 10) managed to get a Travel Zoo deal for a few Deluxe Suites for about AUD92 per night (including breakfast) and for that price it was excellent value for money. If I'd paid their 'discounted' rate of AUD200 (even as low as AUD165 as a 'special offer') I would probably think otherwise......you see, it's ALL about value... More

Stayed at the Patra late March and liked everything about this hotel apart from the prices they charge for food and beverage .Keep the prices down and more people would use these facilities .Rooms are great and always in a clean condition .
