Overall: A good hotel with perfect location, free wifi, good enough breakfast although not much variety. Polite staff throughout the stay. Hotel location is in heart of Kuta, door step to Discovery Mall and beach. Staff are friendly and responsive. Family suite room is clean, pretty spacious & well maintained. The pool is too small and next to busy walkway. Breakfast is average. Will come and stay again in our next visit. Recommended.
